There are tons of ant hills that are dangerous to kids on the playground. The pool area is full of ants and spiders that you can't even sit there. I could go on and on with the things I found wrong in this house. My roof was leaking after the first storm, and someone came to supposedly fix it. First and foremost I'd like to state that the sales team here is actually really friendly and professional. But at the end of the day Beazer corporate is responsible for this review.
